After the tour each Km-Sponsor gets an exact statement of account (driven Km x the advised Km amount / all-inclusive sum of the trip). Upon receipt of the donation, the payer automatically receives a tax-deductible donation receipt for donations exceeding 200 €. For donations of less than 200 €, you only need a copy of the bank statement / payment receipt on your income tax return.
