Sometimes it's not the big programs, but many individual steps that make the biggest difference. As part of our Fundriding Tour 2023, numerous emergency aid projects were implemented – driven by commitment, awareness, and the desire to help where help is urgently needed.
What these emergency aid projects have in common is not a location, not a single fate, and not a standardized measure. It is the attitude behind them: to look closely, listen, and then act quickly and unbureaucratically.
The projects summarized here show the full range of what emergency aid means. Support after serious illnesses or accidents, help for families without access to medical care, securing livelihoods, providing food, repairing shelters, or bridging acute emergencies—often in places where there are no reserves, no insurance, and no social safety net.
Many of these situations would be barely visible from the outside. They take place away from public attention, in villages, on the outskirts of cities, or in communities that are rarely heard. This is exactly where the emergency aid provided by Kleine Hilfsaktion e. V. comes in: fast, direct, and tailored to the situation at hand.
We would like to thank everyone who made these emergency aid projects possible—through their kilometers, their support, and their trust.
