The Fundriding tour through Laos and Cambodia is a beautiful story of humanity and helpfulness. The participants covered over 1,500 kilometers to bring light into the lives of those living in the shadow of poverty. In Pursat and Banan, they carried out 32 emergency projects, each one offering help from person to person. The Fundriders handed over 16 wheelchairs and walkers to improve the mobility and dignity of the recipients.
Particularly noteworthy was the provision of 20 new laptops to Kandieng School, donated byAll for One Group SE, which significantly improved the learning environment for the students. However, beyond the material support, it was the human encounters that formed the essence of this journey.
Thanks to close cooperation with Bareebo, an NGO in Banan led by David Emery and Bong Kov, the Fundriders were able to provide a wide range of assistance in a short period of time—from essential food supplies, kitchen equipment, and sleeping accommodations to new roofs and entire huts.
Bong Kov's words resonate: "We meet the poorest of the poor here and have to find out what their real needs are. Only then can we give them the help they need to start a self-determined life." These words are the guiding principle of this tour and were brought to life by the actions of every Fundrider.
With nearly €100,000 in donations raised, this group of Fundriders has proven that generosity and compassion are powerful instruments of change. Their journey may be coming to an end, but the stories they have written and the hope they have sown will continue to grow in the hearts of the people they have encountered.
We conclude this report with our sincere thanks. Thank you to the Fundriders, whose efforts make the world a little brighter. Their wheels turned through the streets of Laos and Cambodia, but their impact will be felt long beyond these paths.
