The cancellation of our 2026 Fundriding Tour of South India due to the global political situation has hit us all hard. What is particularly painful is that this also means the funding for our tour project “Zukunft Nähen!” has been cut off—and the future of this valuable project is now in jeopardy.
But giving up is not an option.
A Fundrider sets an example
Our Fundrider, Ralf Hoffmann, refused to simply accept the situation and launched his own fundraising initiative for “Zukunft Nähen!” His goal: to help ensure that the project can continue—despite the tour being canceled—and that girls and young women in the slums of Hyderabad continue to have opportunities.
Through his initiative, Ralf hopes not only to raise funds, but also to encourage others to join in.
A Call to the Fundriding Community
Ralf is calling on all Fundriders and supporters to get involved: by organizing their own fundraising campaigns, coming up with creative ideas, or simply by supporting his initiative.
Because right now is when we see what makes our community special.
When many people make a small contribution, together we can achieve great things—and help “Zukunft Nähen!” secure its future.
Join us!
Would you like to support Ralf's initiative or start your own campaign? Then get in touch and become part of this special community effort.

Any other Fundriders who would like to join us are warmly invited to take part in this campaign.
Cancelled kilometers turn into new impact
Even if the 2026 tour can’t take place, the spirit of Fundriding lives on—perhaps more strongly than ever right now.
We would like to thank Ralf for this initiative and hope that many will follow his example.
For the girls and young women in Hyderabad. For “Sewing the Future!” And for what Fundriding is all about. 💛
