Characteristics

First, the short version:
My name is Ralf Hoffmann and I’d love to get you involved in something good. In November 2025, I’ll be joining a motorcycle Fundride organized by Kleine Hilfsaktion e.V.
We’ll be riding about 1,500 km through the southwest of India. You can sponsor me for each kilometer I ride (KM sponsor – see bottom). Example: 1 cent per kilometer = 15 € for 1,500 km. You can also donate a fixed amount (see donation option at the bottom).
I’ll be paying for the entire trip myself. Your sponsorship and donations will help fund an individual emergency project on-site and a tour project in the slums of Hyderabad. My personal goal is to raise at least 1,500 €. But of course, more is always welcome. 🙂
If that’s all you need – scroll straight to the bottom and get started: Become a KM sponsor and/or make a donation – or both!
Want to know more? Here are the details:
Who am I?
My name is Ralf Hoffmann, I’m from Düsseldorf, I’m 61 years old and have been a proud member of Biker4Kids for over 15 years.
In my free time, I love riding motorcycles, staying active, and getting involved in social projects.
What am I planning?
I’ve known Roland Debschütz and his organization Kleine Hilfsaktion for many years.
At this year’s Biker4Kids ride, we talked again about his Fundriding idea – and I made up my mind:
This November, I’m going to join the “Anniversary Tour India Kerala–Goa – 1,500 km for a good cause.”
And let me tell you – I’m already super excited.
Why am I doing this?
“You don’t change the world by talking – but by doing.”
Yeah, it’s a bit of a cliché – but it’s true.
If everyone did just a little bit of good, the world would be a better place for all of us.
I want to make a difference – even if it’s just a small one.
What’s the individual emergency project about?
Each Fundrider supports one individual emergency project.
Mine will be announced about two weeks before departure.
But one thing’s for sure – it’ll involve real, hands-on emergency help in the slums of Hyderabad.
And what’s the tour project about?
Whatever funds aren’t used for the emergency project go into the tour project.
This project gives young women in the slums of Hyderabad the chance to train as tailors – helping them break free from prostitution.
Just €280 covers a full training course.
At the end, each graduate gets her own sewing machine – a huge step toward financial independence and self-determination.
As part of the tour, we’ll also visit the training center in Hyderabad, and I’ll get to see firsthand what life is like there.
What do I need from you?
First off: I’m paying for all my travel costs myself.
But – I need sponsors!
Option 1: Become a KM sponsor. Pick how much you’d like to donate per kilometer I ride.
Example: 0.01 € x 1,500 km = 15 €.
Option 2: Donate a fixed amount.
Just choose my name under “Spenden” (donation) in the list of participants – your donation will go into my pot.
And of course, you can do both – sponsor per kilometer AND give a fixed amount. Every cent, every euro helps! It would be awesome if we can raise a decent amount together.
Be part of my support team and let’s make this project happen. In return, I’ll share photos and updates from the trip so you can see what your support made possible.
Let’s do something great together and make the world just a little better! And hey – don’t forget to spread the word. Maybe you know someone else who might want to join in and support this mission.
Big hugs and a big thank-you for your support!
Ralf
P.S. All sponsors will get an update after the tour with the final donation total. Once your donation has arrived in the account of Kleine Hilfsaktion e.V., you’ll receive a tax-deductible donation receipt.
