Hello, my name is Dirk Boerner,
I will accompany the scooter tour in Laos as a doctor. But I hope and think that I will mainly be able to get to know the country and its people as part of a great group.
As a doctor, I am of course interested in getting to know the local medical care and, if necessary, also carrying out spontaneous health emergency aid projects.
I have supported the Kleine Hilfeaktion e.V. almost from the beginning and have already been to Cambodia in 2013, 2015 and 2016 for aid projects with and for the Kleine Hilfeaktion. These tours really moved and influenced me. I was thrilled by the country and its people and seeing how quickly you can help locally with very little money was an indescribable experience.
I’m really looking forward to getting to know Laos too.
Since I know that the donations go exactly where they are needed most, I am happy about every sponsor who helps me support emergency projects in Laos and Cambodia.
Of course, the donations will not finance my trip but only emergency aid directly on site. As such, the donations are also tax deductible.
